Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Manager - Rollups.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and technical teams, translating technical requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in key account management or a related role in web3
Understanding of web3 infrastructure, particularly in the RaaS business
Strong commercial knowledge of web3-specific infrastructure services
In-depth understanding of Rollups
Experience with CRM software like Hubspot
