Key Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Manager (Transportation) to manage and expand relationships with national customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow accounts with annual net revenue greater than $500K
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customer contacts to ensure high levels of service
• Coordinate with internal teams to set up new accounts and maintain profitability by expanding services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Five (5) years of experience in international freight forwarding operations and/or sales services
• Familiarity with ocean, air, warehouse, and surface transportation procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management
• Demonstrated project or account management skills
