Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and renew relationships with small business clients
- Proactively engage clients ahead of renewal dates and serve as the primary point of contact
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to execute growth strategies and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in account management, renewals, or customer success
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience working with small business clients
- Understanding of SaaS subscription models and video technology solutions
- Ability for some travel as needed
