Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Manager, SMB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and renew relationships with small business clients
  • Proactively engage clients ahead of renewal dates and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to execute growth strategies and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in account management, renewals, or customer success
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience working with small business clients
  • Understanding of SaaS subscription models and video technology solutions
  • Ability for some travel as needed
