Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their Enterprise Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 150 to 200 high-value accounts, focusing on client retention and growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issue resolution and consultative selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to secure resources and ensure a superior customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or a related role
- 3+ years of experience in transportation/logistics or SaaS industry serving the transportation sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts while achieving retention and growth targets
- Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
