Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their Enterprise Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 150 to 200 high-value accounts, focusing on client retention and growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issue resolution and consultative selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure resources and ensure a superior customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or a related role
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation/logistics or SaaS industry serving the transportation sector
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts while achieving retention and growth targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
