Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and increase revenue from existing accounts through outreach
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and Key Performance Indicators while adhering to call quality guidelines
  • Collaborate with other divisions to develop integrated strategic packages and manage client requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 0-1 year of sales experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work hybrid from the Cleveland, OH office
