Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and increase revenue from existing accounts through outreach
- Meet or exceed sales goals and Key Performance Indicators while adhering to call quality guidelines
- Collaborate with other divisions to develop integrated strategic packages and manage client requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 0-1 year of sales experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work hybrid from the Cleveland, OH office
