Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage strategic partnerships across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts to exceed growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnership health
  • Collaborate with Renewal Managers to provide insights and facilitate timely contract executions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in an Account Management or Success role managing complex cloud or SaaS solutions
  • A proven history of exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue within existing accounts
  • Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive account strategy in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Google Workspace tools
