Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage strategic partnerships across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts to exceed growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnership health
- Collaborate with Renewal Managers to provide insights and facilitate timely contract executions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in an Account Management or Success role managing complex cloud or SaaS solutions
- A proven history of exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue within existing accounts
- Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
- Self-starter with the ability to drive account strategy in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Google Workspace tools
