Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to strategically manage and expand a portfolio of critical accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, leading engagement and expansion strategies
- Identify and pursue high-value prospects while developing targeted strategies to convert them into long-term clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of complex accounts and provide insights that shape business initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales
- Proven ability to manage and grow multi-million-dollar accounts
- 5-8 years of software or SaaS experience
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Assertive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
