Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive customer retention and revenue growth across assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers to increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through upsells and cross-sells
- Generate new SaaS revenue from a targeted list of prospect accounts through outreach and consultative selling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, acting as a strategic advisor
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing SaaS roles with proven quota achievement
- Demonstrated success in driving NRR growth and expansions in subscription-based businesses
- Experience working with large Food and Beverage brands, particularly in CPG, Retail, and Distribution
- Strong experience selling SaaS to mid-market or enterprise customers
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously
