Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage strategic enterprise accounts and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep relationships with stakeholders in assigned accounts
- Take ownership of accounts and transition trust from sales reps to become the primary contact
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and proposals
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales
- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts, preferably in an event agency
- Proven track record of account retention and growth
- Fluency in CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and establish credibility with senior executives
