Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee strategic accounts and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, developing strategic initiatives to drive revenue and General Merchandise Volume (GMV)
- Lead account plans that include financing optimizations, executive engagement, and marketing strategies
- Analyze partner performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of B2B client-facing experience in a high-tech environment
- Experience negotiating and closing large, complex commercial contracts for Fortune 100 companies
- Excellent analytical abilities to review merchant performance and report on program impacts
- Knowledge of retail, consumer finance offerings, integrated software solutions, and e-commerce preferred
- Comfortable using Salesforce and standard BI tools
