Job Summary

- Own and develop multi-level client relationships across a portfolio of Key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth

- Monitor account health and proactively identify risk signals and performance gaps, executing recovery and optimization strategies as needed
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success managing high-value accounts in complex environments
- Experience leading structured business reviews and client governance frameworks
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Deep knowledge of corporate travel, including operations and data analytics
- Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes and continuous program improvement
