Job Summary

Managing key client relationships, the fully remote Key Account Manager will drive customer satisfaction and retention while identifying growth opportunities within a portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Proactively nurture and deepen relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor
  • Develop and implement tailored success plans to ensure clients achieve their goals and maximize ROI
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling while maintaining high retention rates
Required qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or Client Strategy roles, preferably in DTC e-Commerce, SaaS, or B2B industries
  • Proven track record of maintaining high retention rates and growing existing accounts
  • Proficiency in performance analytics, SEO audits, website projects, and marketing plans
  • C2 English proficiency in both written and verbal communication
  • Data-driven approach to account management with effective CRM tool usage
