Job Summary
Seeking an ambitious Key Account Manager, this full-time remote position will be responsible for delivering on renewal and upsell targets while developing and maintaining relationships within higher education and state/local government sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Exceed quarterly renewal and upsell goals
- Maintain solid relationships with customers, ensuring their success with Acquia platform services
- Guide customers through onboarding of products and services while coordinating with internal teams
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales/account management role within a technology company, preferably with education and government experience
- Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex customer relationships, including renewals and upsell opportunities
- Experience procuring contracts with educational institutions and/or government preferred
- Strong analytical skills for renewal forecasting and managing multiple systems
- Familiarity with MS Office/G Suite, SFDC, Gainsight, and Jira
