Job Summary
To maximize Festo's share at key accounts, the full-time Key Account Manager will plan, manage, and improve sales activities for national key accounts in the semiconductor industry, focusing on building strong relationships and tailoring solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account management strategies for key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at major accounts
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer requirements
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in industrial B2B sales
- University degree in engineering and/or business studies; electrical engineering is advantageous
- Postgraduate study in Technical Business or Business Administration is a plus
- Technical knowledge and understanding of market/industry segments
- Experience in project management methods is advantageous
