Job Summary

To maximize Festo's share at national key accounts, the full-time salaried Key Account Manager will plan, manage, and improve sales activities while building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the semiconductor industry.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account management strategies for key accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer requirements
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in industrial B2B sales
  • University Degree in engineering and/or business studies; electrical engineering is advantageous
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of market/industry segments
  • Experience in project management methods is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, CRM tools, and SAP
