Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of Key Accounts valued at $250k and larger, the full-time remote Key Account Manager will uncover new business opportunities for Core Products and Expert Solutions while building relationships with multiple stakeholders within the clinical setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market
- Engage with clients to align their needs with the organization's offerings
- Negotiate product/service terms and maintain records of customer interactions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of account management, sales, and relationship management experience, preferably in large hospital/health systems
- Experience in software sales
