Job Summary
Seeking a results-oriented Key Account Manager, the full-time remote position will manage and grow strategic Direct accounts, focusing on building long-term customer relationships, driving commercial strategy, and ensuring exceptional execution across all customer touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned Direct customers to drive long-term growth and retention
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet service, quality, and delivery expectations while identifying new business opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, packaging, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' B2B account management experience, preferably with large Direct packaging customers
- Proven success in building and expanding strategic customer relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel as required for customer and business needs
