Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, the full-time Key Account Manager will act as the primary liaison with clients' upper management, promoting products and services while focusing on client satisfaction and revenue growth in a remote role based on either the East or West Coast.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison with customer's upper management to maintain positive working relationships and understand their goals
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to assess satisfaction and implement a Customer Relationship Scorecard to evaluate performance
  • Develop and manage an annual account plan for each account, forecasting business growth and outlining necessary contributions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or account management, preferably in the restaurant or technology industry
  • Experience communicating with executive-level management within client organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in standard office productivity software and sales force automation tools
  • Key account management experience with a track record of expanding product and territory within accounts
