Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, the full-time Key Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison with clients' upper management, focusing on client satisfaction, account retention, and revenue growth while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients' upper management to maintain strong relationships and understand their goals
- Lead regular customer meetings and implement a Customer Relationship Scorecard to assess performance and satisfaction
- Develop and manage annual account plans that forecast business growth and outline necessary contributions from the company
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales and/or account management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or equivalent experience
- Experience communicating with executive-level management within client organizations
- Proven track record in key account management and project planning
- Familiarity with technology relevant to client relationship management and proficiency in standard office productivity software
