Job Summary
To maximize market share for Festo, the full-time Key Account Manager (California) will manage and improve sales activities for national key accounts in the semiconductor sector, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop tailored account management strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze key accounts to identify turnover potentials and develop mid- and long-term account management strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while collaborating with internal teams to align product offerings and service delivery
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, monitor account performance, and conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in industrial B2B sales and key account management
- University degree in engineering or business studies; postgraduate study in Technical Business or Business Administration is a plus
- Technical knowledge of products and familiarity with market/industry segments
- Experience with MS-Office, CRM tools, and SAP
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
