Job Summary

Driving profitable sales growth for the Performance Alloys & Composites business, the full-time remote Key Account Manager ITAR will manage key accounts in the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canada, focusing on Defense, Space, and Nuclear Energy markets while building customer relationships and executing sales strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver sales growth by prospecting new business opportunities and protecting existing accounts
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key customer contacts and engage internal resources to grow sales
  • Develop and execute detailed capture plans and maintain accurate sales forecasts and account records in the CRM system
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Material Sciences or Mechanical Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience in a technical role
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in technical sales, engineering, product marketing, or product management
  • Relevant experience in Defense, Space, or Nuclear Energy is a strong plus
  • Minimum 4 years in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Understanding of government contracting fundamentals and export compliance eligibility under ITAR
