Job Summary

Managing the onboarding and implementation of large-scale client accounts, the full-time Key Account Onboarding Specialist will work remotely to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
  • Analyze client-specific requirements to develop tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for high-profile clients, managing onboarding and administration for large accounts
  • Coordinate implementation activities and lead meetings with employer groups and stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes
Required qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance operations, banking, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of insurance operations and administrative processes
  • Exposure to file feed transmissions (EDI, eligibility files) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
