Key Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Representative III to enhance customer service and manage key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist dealers and sales representatives with inquiries
• Process orders, returns, and modifications for key accounts
• Maintain order books and provide regular reporting on order status

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of project coordination and customer contact experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Applications
• Ability to establish rapport and listen attentively to customer needs
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision
