Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for selected clients and manage contract performance
  • Identify and drive business development opportunities while achieving client retention targets
  • Communicate project performance to clients' Senior Management and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer care representative or administrative role (Required)
  • Proficiency in computer software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
