Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for selected clients and manage contract performance
- Identify and drive business development opportunities while achieving client retention targets
- Communicate project performance to clients' Senior Management and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a customer care representative or administrative role (Required)
- Proficiency in computer software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
