Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Specialist to manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for selected clients and manage contract performance
  • Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to convert them into sales
  • Report on project performance to senior management and implement process improvements for service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer care representative or administrative role
  • Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 is preferred
  • Experience in the TIC industry supporting Business Assurance sectors is preferred
  • Proficiency in computer software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
