Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Key Account Managers and leadership to execute account strategies and support business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key audiology practices and high-volume customers
  • Serve as the primary internal contact for day-to-day inquiries and operational support
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years in Inside/Outside Sales, Customer Support, or Medical Device Sales (Hearing Healthcare a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office and strong technical aptitude
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident in presenting to customers and internal leaders
