Key Account Specialist - IATF 16949

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Specialist (Automotive - IATF 16949).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for selected clients and manage contract performance
• Identify risks related to client expectations and manage commercial aspects of contracts
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive business development opportunities and achieve annual targets

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in customer care or administrative roles
• Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with IATF 16949 standards
• Experience in the TIC industry supporting Business Assurance sectors is preferred
• Proficiency in using various computer software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
