Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Accounts Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the post-sale experience for customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's solutions and effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Drive adoption and utilization of solutions, while identifying growth opportunities and potential risks
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Customer Success or account management experience in a SaaS company, preferably in ERP or construction
  • Experience developing strategies and success plans for assigned accounts
  • Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Executive presence and ability to build positive relationships with decision makers and end users
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
