Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Accounts Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the post-sale experience for customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's solutions and effectively communicate their value to customers
- Drive adoption and utilization of solutions, while identifying growth opportunities and potential risks
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Customer Success or account management experience in a SaaS company, preferably in ERP or construction
- Experience developing strategies and success plans for assigned accounts
- Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions
- Executive presence and ability to build positive relationships with decision makers and end users
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
