Keynote Production Lead

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end development and execution of the Knowledge mainstage keynote program, the full-time Keynote Production Lead will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a high-quality keynote experience while managing production logistics, budgets, and timelines in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the production of keynote events, including vendor management and logistics
• Develop and present the keynote production strategy, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
• Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for the successful execution of the keynote program

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in live production and managing keynote programs
• Proven project management skills with experience in large-scale events
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Professional verbal and written communication skills suitable for all organizational levels
