A company is looking for a Kinetic Assigner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to field technicians and customer care centers for new customer installs and service delivery troubleshooting
• Access, update, and maintain customer facility records and assist with order modifications or cancellations
• Communicate technical issues to management and ensure proper record keeping of customer service records

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience, with 3+ years directly related to the job
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including extended hours or weekends as required
• Experience with various technical systems and platforms is preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing processes
