Kinetic Engineer

Job Summary

To support engineering and design efforts for DWDM systems, the full-time Kinetic Engineer I will manage project plans, develop scope of work, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling, and reporting the progress of engineering projects
• Creating job packages with technical instructions for installation groups
• Maintaining inside plant site documentation and managing project budgets

Required qualifications

• An Engineering Degree (EE or ME preferred) or equivalent experience in fiber optic system engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management experience
• Intermediate skills with Excel, Visio, CAD, Word, and Access
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
