Kinetic ERP Functional Consultant

Job Summary

Kinetic ERP Functional Consultant, responsible for leading functional discovery and migration processes for Kinetic ERP, ensuring business continuity and data integrity, in a long-term contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery workshops and perform fit-gap analysis for Kinetic migrations
• Configure Kinetic modules and validate functional setups for cloud-to-cloud and on-prem to cloud scenarios
• Act as the primary functional point of contact, collaborating with technical teams and supporting change management during UAT and go-live

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of ERP functional consulting experience with strong hands-on experience in Kinetic ERP implementations or migrations
• Deep functional knowledge of Kinetic modules and end-to-end business flows
• Experience supporting cloud-to-cloud and on-prem to cloud ERP migrations
• Strong documentation skills for functional requirements and validation reports
• Kinetic Functional Certification and relevant domain certifications preferred
