Job Summary
Supporting Kinetic field technicians and customer care centers, the remote Kinetic Assigner will manage inbound calls, update customer facility records, and assist with order modifications and troubleshooting for new customer installations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from technicians and manage two chat session interactions simultaneously
- Research, assign, and update facilities on customer accounts while maintaining accurate service records
- Assist technicians with installation orders, troubleshooting, and programming voice services across multiple platforms
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, including 3+ years directly related to the role
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including extended hours and weekends as required
- Working knowledge of relevant technical platforms such as MIROR, MetaSolv, and VoIP switch platforms
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on customer experience
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new processes and system changes
