Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Strategist (Klaviyo / eCommerce Strategist) to manage and optimize email and SMS campaigns for eCommerce clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, set up, and optimize email flows and campaigns while managing ongoing performance
• Conduct daily data analysis to identify opportunities for improving campaign performance and maximizing revenue
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide detailed reports and performance improvement plans

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of eCommerce email experience
• 1-2+ years of experience with Klaviyo
• Proven track record of managing email campaigns for lists of 100,000+
• Strong design and copywriting ability to ensure brand alignment
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
