Klaviyo Email & SMS Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the execution layer for email and SMS marketing, the full-time Klaviyo Email & SMS Specialist will build and manage flows and campaigns, ensuring subscriber engagement and retention in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage all email and SMS flows in Klaviyo, including welcome, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns
• Set up and manage promotional email and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely execution and adherence to briefs
• Conduct A/B testing and maintain quality assurance across all sends, while pulling performance reports to analyze key metrics

Required qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including flows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting
• E-commerce or DTC background with an understanding of subscription economics and customer lifecycle flows
• Strong QA discipline with a commitment to zero errors before sending emails
• Data literacy to analyze performance metrics and make actionable recommendations
• Organized and able to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment
