Klaviyo Engineer Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention & Klaviyo Engineer Specialist to manage email, SMS, and lifecycle automations for their global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo
• Create and optimize flows with advanced triggers and logic
• Manage segmentation and monitor deliverability improvements

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with Klaviyo, including campaigns, flows, and segments
• Strong background in email/SMS retention, preferably in DTC/e-commerce
• Experience with subscription tools like Recharge and Shopify data
• Ability to understand customer journey logic and event-triggered automations
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
