Klaviyo Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Klaviyo Implementer.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute technical implementation of email and SMS campaigns, automated flows, and audience segmentation in Klaviyo
• Build and maintain automated flows and manage segmentation and list hygiene
• Conduct quality assurance testing on all builds to ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of hands-on Klaviyo implementation experience or related experience with other ESPs
• Proven track record of building multi-step campaigns and lifecycle flows
• Strong understanding of Klaviyo data and segmentation
• Comfortable editing HTML email templates and troubleshooting basic rendering issues
• Proficient with spreadsheets for audience audits and reporting checks
