Job Summary
To support business development initiatives, the full-time remote Knowledge and Content Manager will govern proposal content repositories, maintain SharePoint sites, and enforce content management best practices across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the accuracy and usability of business development content repositories
- Architect and maintain the Business Development SharePoint site, integrating it with Microsoft Teams
- Train users on knowledge management tools and implement metrics to monitor content effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Systems, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in federal government contracting, particularly in Business Development or Proposal Management
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online configuration and maintenance
- Strong understanding of federal RFPs and proposal development lifecycles
- Experience with AI tools for content management and proposal development
