Knowledge Architect

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and collaborative, the contract Knowledge Architect will lead end-to-end knowledge management efforts for the Ask Chatbot, ensuring accurate and accessible information while building strong partnerships with Centers of Excellence, with the flexibility to work 100% remotely for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Author high-quality knowledge articles and documentation in line with organizational cycles and events
• Enforce knowledge governance policies and implement quality control processes for knowledge content
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with COE partners to ensure accurate representation of specialized knowledge

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or content strategy
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, preferably in knowledge management
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Knowledge Management module
• Strong understanding of content management systems and information architecture
