Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Knowledge & Automations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and organize internal documentation to ensure accuracy and reliability for GTM teams
• Own the knowledge base for the AI customer chatbot and maintain documentation for its effectiveness
• Build scalable workflows and automations to streamline knowledge creation and maintenance processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in documentation, knowledge management, technical writing, or operations within a SaaS environment
• Experience building and owning workflows, processes, and automations
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based tools and improving their performance through documentation
• Understanding of technical concepts such as APIs and data models
• Experience working across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders without authority
