Job Summary
A company is looking for a Knowledge Base Associate I to enhance customer education on their SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and optimize help documentation based on customer feedback
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to update articles with new feature releases
- Create multimedia educational content to enhance written guides
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in SaaS, martech, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience creating customer-facing help documentation
- Experience working with small/local businesses is preferred
- Proficiency with screen-capture and video tools
- Familiarity with the HighLevel platform is advantageous
