Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Base Associate I to enhance customer education on their SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and optimize help documentation based on customer feedback
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to update articles with new feature releases
  • Create multimedia educational content to enhance written guides
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in SaaS, martech, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience creating customer-facing help documentation
  • Experience working with small/local businesses is preferred
  • Proficiency with screen-capture and video tools
  • Familiarity with the HighLevel platform is advantageous
