Job Summary
A company is looking for a Knowledge Content Specialist to manage their customer-facing knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AI tools to identify knowledge gaps and generate content to fill those gaps
- Validate and implement AI-generated and product team content into the Help Center
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and optimize self-help resources
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in knowledge base management and technical documentation, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with AI writing and content tools for content generation
- Proven success in using an AI-first approach for content creation
- Experience with knowledge management systems and analytics
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
