Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Content Specialist to manage their customer-facing knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize AI tools to identify knowledge gaps and generate content to fill those gaps
  • Validate and implement AI-generated and product team content into the Help Center
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and optimize self-help resources
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in knowledge base management and technical documentation, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with AI writing and content tools for content generation
  • Proven success in using an AI-first approach for content creation
  • Experience with knowledge management systems and analytics
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
