Knowledge Enablement Assistant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Knowledge Enablement Assistant will assist the ITS Knowledge Enablement team by managing new knowledge requests and enhancing existing knowledge articles in ServiceNow while developing technical writing and time management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Handle requests for new knowledge articles and enhancements in ServiceNow
• Develop and write new knowledge articles based on provided information
• Communicate with subject matter experts to verify information for knowledge requests

Required qualifications

• Enrollment in classes as part of an SNHU degree program
• Access to a personal computer
• Access to the Internet
• Access to Microsoft Teams
