Knowledge Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technical ecosystem, the full-time Knowledge Engineer will partner with architects and engineers to capture and communicate system architectures, create clear technical artifacts, and translate complex information into usable knowledge for development teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with architects and engineers to capture system architectures, engineering patterns, and platform capabilities
• Create and maintain technical artifacts such as architecture overviews, technical narratives, and onboarding materials
• Conduct collaborative sessions to extract institutional knowledge and structure technical information for easy navigation and application

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in a relevant role
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, including cloud platforms and distributed systems
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation or knowledge artifacts
• Experience working across engineering, architecture, and platform teams to synthesize information
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and modern engineering ecosystems
