Knowledge Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with business and technology teams, the full-time remote Knowledge Engineer will develop enterprise semantic models and ontologies to enhance data governance, decision-making, and AI capabilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop enterprise semantic models, ontologies, and knowledge graph structures to ensure consistent business meaning across data domains
• Define and maintain enterprise business concepts and metadata standards to support governance and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable semantic solutions and enable advanced data discovery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Knowledge Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with semantic technologies, data modeling, and knowledge representation
• 3+ years of experience working with modern data platforms and collaborating with data architecture and governance teams
