Job Summary

To support a large tech client, the full-time contract Knowledge Experience Builder will direct content production, ensuring high-quality knowledge assets are created from structured inputs while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct content production from enriched packages, making critical decisions on structure and implementation
• Verify outputs against Knowledge Experience Designer standards and provide actionable feedback to team members
• Identify issues for escalation and contribute to the evolution of content templates and structures

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, technical writing, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of design systems, style guides, and component-based content architecture
• Experience working with structured content formats such as decision trees, metadata, or JSON
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to support content production
• Experience with knowledge management systems or help center content environments
