Job Summary

Transforming complex support and operational knowledge into clear, structured content, the full-time Knowledge Experience Designer will enhance AI-assisted workflows and improve knowledge management systems in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain structured, reusable content for support agents to improve issue resolution
  • Implement and enhance content standards, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability across knowledge bases
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation and analysis while evolving content into modular formats
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, design, and UX writing
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with experience in maintaining production content
  • Familiarity with metadata, taxonomy, SEO, or content discoverability concepts
  • Experience with knowledge management systems or help center platforms
  • Ability to structure complex information into clear, user-centered formats
