Job Summary

Detail-oriented and execution-focused, the full-time Knowledge Experience Specialist will manage the building, publishing, and maintenance of knowledge content in a remote role, ensuring accuracy and consistency in a modern knowledge platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Transform finalized content designs into live, production-ready pages for agents and end users
  • Ensure knowledge content is accurately implemented, linked, verified, and delivered according to quality standards
  • Maintain familiarity with the content platform's workflows, metadata structures, and publishing requirements
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing content management systems or web publishing platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to catch errors and inconsistencies
  • Comfort working within structured workflows, QA checklists, and approval processes
  • Basic understanding of HTML, including the ability to read and make minor edits
  • Experience following documentation standards and maintaining accurate records
