Job Summary

To support AI model performance, the full-time temporary Knowledge Expert will guide research teams, develop annotation guidelines, and evaluate data quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

Guide research teams to improve AI model performance in specialized sub-domain areas
Create and maintain high-quality annotation guidelines to ensure data accuracy
Evaluate and provide feedback on the quality of vendor-produced annotations

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or higher preferred
10+ years of experience in Food & Agriculture or Travel & Entertainment industries
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python or another programming language
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code)
Exceptional analytical abilities to identify trends and evaluate annotation quality
