Knowledge Governance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Governance Manager to operationalize and scale its Knowledge Management strategy across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain Knowledge Management policies, taxonomy, and tagging standards within enterprise systems
• Oversee the periodic review and validation of key content and documentation to ensure quality and relevance
• Partner with AI and Enterprise Search teams to improve searchability and knowledge presentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Information Architecture, or related governance roles
• Experience managing knowledge across multiple enterprise systems (e.g., CMS, LMS, Salesforce)
• Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and content lifecycle management
• Ability to influence across teams and levels
